- Agreement To Terms

By using Loupp, you confirm that you've read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you don't agree with these terms, please refrain from using Loupp.

- What We Own and What You Can Do

Everything on Loupp belongs to us, or someone we get it from legally. This includes things like the code, designs, text, and images (we call it all "Content"). We also own the trademarks and logos ("Marks") you see on the site. All this stuff is protected by law (copyright, trademark, etc.).

- Purchases and Fees

- Free Tier

New users are eligible for a free tier upon registration. During this period, accounts remain uncharged, and features are limited until upgrading to a paid version.

- Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your profile's subscription page, effective at the end of the current paid term.
• All Subscriptions and Lifetime purchases are non-refundable, representing a one-time purchase after product evaluation.

- Prohibited Activities

While using Loupp, you must adhere to the following guidelines and refrain from engaging in the following activities:

• Engaging in any activity other than the intended purpose of Loupp, as specified by us.
• Employing Loupp for commercial purposes without explicit endorsement or approval from us.

You agree not to:

• Transfer your profile to others.
• Utilize information from Loupp for harassing or harming others.
• Engage in unauthorized use, including collecting user data for unsolicited communication or creating accounts through deceptive means.
• Attempt to deceive or obtain sensitive account information.
• Disparage or harm us or Loupp's reputation.
• Circumvent Loupp's access restrictions.
• Reverse engineer any software within Loupp.
• Replicate or modify Loupp's software code.
• Compete with us using Loupp or its content for revenue generation.
• Harass our staff providing Loupp services.
• Create collections or databases from Loupp's data without written consent.
• Abuse our support services or submit false reports.
• Transmit harmful materials or disrupt Loupp's functionality.
• Engage in any activity other than the intended purpose of Loupp, as specified by us.
• Use mechanisms for unauthorized information collection.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your use of Loupp.

- Social Media Integration

As part of Loupp's features, you have the option to connect your account with third-party service providers through online accounts, referred to as "Third-Party Accounts." This connection can be established by either:

1. Providing your login details for the Third-Party Account within Loupp.
2. Granting Loupp access to your Third-Party Account, in compliance with the terms and conditions governing its use.

By linking your Third-Party Account with Loupp, you confirm that you have the right to disclose your login information and grant access, without violating any terms or incurring fees imposed by the third-party service provider.

You acknowledge that:

• Loupp may access and store any content you've shared on your Third-Party Account, making it available through your Loupp account.
• Additional information may be exchanged between Loupp and your Third-Party Account, as notified during the linking process.
• Depending on your Third-Party Account's privacy settings, personally identifiable information posted there may also be visible on Loupp.
• If a Third-Party Account becomes unavailable or access is terminated, its integration with Loupp may cease.
• You retain the option to disconnect your Loupp account from Third-Party Accounts at any time.

It's important to note that your interactions with Third-Party Service Providers are solely governed by your agreements with them. We do not review Third-Party Accounts for accuracy, legality, or infringement and cannot be held responsible for them. If you wish to sever the connection between Loupp and your Third-Party Account, you can do so by contacting us or adjusting your account settings. We'll make efforts to remove any stored information obtained through the Third-Party Account, except for the username and profile picture associated with your Loupp account.

- Submissions

Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other information you provide to us regarding Loupp becomes our exclusive property upon submission. We reserve the right to use and distribute these information for lawful purposes, commercial or otherwise, without any obligation to acknowledge or compensate you. By making submissions, you waive any moral rights associated with them and warrant their originality or your right to submit them. Loupp may include links to Third-Party Websites and display Third-Party Content, such as articles, images, or applications. We do not monitor or verify the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of Third-Party Websites or Content, and we are not responsible for them. Accessing Third-Party Websites or Content through Loupp is at your own risk, and these Terms of Use no longer apply. You should review the terms and policies of any Third-Party Websites you visit. Any purchases made through Third-Party Websites are solely between you and the third party, and we bear no responsibility for them. We do not endorse Third-Party Websites or Content and are not liable for any harm resulting from them. You agree to hold us harmless from any losses or harm related to Third-Party Content or Websites.

- Server & Shared Hosts Management

You acknowledge that Loupp is not accountable for any charges applied to your credit or debit card by third-party server providers listed in our partners list or elsewhere. Loupp bears no responsibility for security breaches or data breaches occurring on servers managed by users through Loupp, such as subscribers. Loupp cannot assure the security of servers provisioned by users, including subscribers.

- Site Management

We retain the right, though not the obligation, to:

1. Monitor Loupp for violations of these Terms of Use.
2. Take appropriate legal action against any user who, at our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms of Use, including reporting them to law enforcement authorities.
3. Exercise our sole discretion to refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable any of your Contributions or any part thereof.
4. Act at our sole discretion and without notice or liability to remove or disable all files and content from the Site that are excessively large or burdensome to our systems.
5. Manage Loupp in a manner intended to protect our rights and property and to ensure its proper functioning.

By using Loupp, you explicitly consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States.

Furthermore, we do not knowingly collect, request, or market to children. In compliance with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, if we become aware that someone under the age of 13 has provided personal information to us without verifiable parental consent, we will promptly delete such information from Loupp.
